As part of your driving lessons, Andy1st will not only teach you what you need to know to pass the practical test, but will also familiarise you with the knowledge that is quite essential in order to pass the theory test as well. In fact, we have designed our driving lessons to ensure that our students pass both tests with ease.

All Andy1st instructors use dual-control vehicles and our instructor cars are replaced every 3 years with a brand new car, to give learners a smooth, reliable drive. In the unlikely event there are any problems with the car, it will be replaced within 24 hours making sure you don't miss any tuition or, even worse, your test.
Not only are all Andy1st instructors DSA approved, they also take a friendly patient approach to teaching you to drive. We believe the more you can relax the more you can learn. And if you enjoy your lessons, you'll build up your confidence and your driving skills more quickly.

Our instructors will take time getting to know you and the style and pace at which you learn. That way, they can hone in on areas where you need more support maximising the time spent in lessons. They are very flexible so can pick you up from a place that is convenient to you saving you time travelling. They will not patronise you or lose their patience, they want you to enjoy your lessons and feel comfortable – you may have a few laughs along the way too.
Not only will they teach you the basics of learning to drive and the mechanics of the car, they will teach you road sense, observation skills and improve your confidence. These are all key factors required after the ‘L’ plates have come off and you’re driving on your own. Most people will tell you that that is when the real driving starts!
We can offer regular lessons or fast, intensive courses. Both are equally effective, it’s simply down to what suits you and how quickly you need to learn. We have known pupils learn and pass in as little as 2 weeks by taking an intensive course but you must be able to set aside a block of time to do this in and have the full amount of money upfront.
We are very proud of the reputation we have built up and are dedicated to helping all of our pupils pass their driving test.
