As part of your driving lessons, Ashley will not only teach you what you need to know to pass the practical test, but will also familiarise you with the knowledge that is quite essential in order to pass the theory test as well. Thus, after you complete your course at Andy1st driving school, you won’t have any trouble with your practical or theory tests. In fact, we have designed our driving lessons to ensure that our students pass both tests with ease.
Here at Andy1st we understand the trepidation you may feel when taking on this new challenge of learning to drive. Worry not! We have experienced patient instructors who know the area well and will put you at your ease with their friendly approach. We’re also aware that lots of people give up learning to drive due to time constraints and lack of spare cash. Well, we’ve got that covered too! Our instructors will pick you up wherever and whenever is convenient to you, even evenings and weekends and we have tuition packages to suit everyone’s pocket.
If you have time and money “up front” then you may want to take an intensive course. This does mean dedicating a set amount of time to solely learning to drive but you can learn to drive and pass your test in as little as 2 weeks. We also offer the more gradual method of weekly / regular lessons which allows you to spread the cost a bit more. And for those of you who have just passed their test, there is the Pass Plus course. This offers extra tuition in situations you may not have faced in your lessons or on the road so far. Things like night and motorway driving are covered.
We are a friendly, professional driving school with lots of experience in the Shrewsbury area. Our instructors are qualified in line with the industry and are all Advanced Driving Instructors. We believe that learning to drive should also be fun and so our instructors adopt an informal yet expert style of instruction. All Andy1st instructors use dual-control vehicles and our instructor cars are replaced every 3 years with a brand new car, to give learners a smooth, reliable drive. In the unlikely event there are any problems with the car, it will be replaced within 24 hours making sure you don't miss any tuition or, even worse, your test.
